Recently it has come to my attention that we have too many staff on our site, and some quoted by contact forms: 'don't take their responsibility seriously.'  =/

As the members have spoken it is only my duty to react to their criticism and adapt the chat to fulfill their needs...

My only solution was to carry out a process called 'staff renewal' which involves demodding as many mods as is necessary and possibly deownering, if needed. Some members and/or moderators may need to be rewarded for their hard work with an upgrading.

Our members voices will be heard and a new array of staff will be made; possibly it could be almost identical to our current one.
